Registration Policies







For Conference or Tutorial registration, Payment MUST accompany the Registration Form.
Confirmations of registrations will be subject to availability and timely receipt of payment
For multiple nominations, take photocopy of the Registration Form
The registration is transferable (to a colleague) but not refundable after 23rd January 2011.
On-site registration will be on first-come-first-served basis, and will be accepted ONLY if seats are available
All confirmed but unpaid registrations need to pay at the Conference venue.
For all delegates, badges and delegate kits will be given at the venue.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellation received up to 23th January 2011 will be entitled to 50% refund. Cancellation after this date is liable to lose the
entire fee.
