Amended 5/22/07 Enacted 5/22/07 1 2 Introduced by Council Members Locket-Felder, Ray, and Self and amended by the Land Use and Zoning Committee: 3 4 5 ORDINANCE 2007-321-E 6 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE OLD 7 ARLINGTON 8 DATED DECEMBER 2006, 9 THE NEIGHBORHOOD RECOMMENDATIONS THE ACTION PLAN (“OANAP”) AS AMENDED HEREIN, CONTAINED PLAN; ESTABLISHING 11 ACTION PLAN AREA, GENERALLY BOUNDED BY FORT 12 CAROLINE 13 RIVER AND ARLINGTON EXPRESSWAY TO THE SOUTH, 14 THE 15 ROAD TO THE EAST, AS DEFINED AND SHOWN ON THE 16 PLAN 17 REQUIRING 18 REDEVELOPMENT 19 AREA MUST BE CONSISTENT AND COMPATIBLE WITH 20 THE 21 PLANNING 22 AUTHORITY TO INTERPRET THE PLAN AND TO REVIEW 23 ALL 24 WITHIN THE ACTION PLAN STUDY AREA TO ENSURE 25 CONSISTENCY 26 RECOMMENDATIONS; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
