CONGRATULATIONS…
On your pregnancy
This leaflet, together with the New and
Expectant Mothers Hazard Checklist, is
designed to help you, with your manager,
identify any new and existing dangers that
may affect you in the work place during
your pregnancy, after the birth of your child
and whilst you are breast feeding.
Pregnancy is not equated with ill health; it
should be regarded as part of everyday life
and its health and safety implications can
be adequately addressed by normal health
and safety management procedures.
