Assistant Chef Salary: £8.00 per hour Hours per week: 24 hours per week Responsible to: Head Chef Closing date: 28th February 2014 Main Purpose of Job: The post holder will be responsible in the absence of the Head Chef, to manage the daily operation of the kitchen and maintain the high quality of food preparation/presentation.
