10. TEACHING
Prof Eberhard convenes and teaches Executive Management Courses in the Reform and Regulation of
Infrastructure Industries. He has supervised more than 50 Masters and PhD Dissertations. Prof Eberhard
has also taught on the PURC, NORAD, ERRA and SAFIR utility regulation courses in the USA, Norway,
East Europe and South Asia respectively. In-house courses have also been offered for a number of
institutions including the African Development Bank.
