13th Warsaw Art Fair at the Kubicki Arcades Royal Castle in Warsaw 09-11.10. 2015 For the seventh time in the Kubicki Arcades Royal Castle we will present contemporary art galleries, antique shops and auction houses. It is one of the most important cultural event in Poland. - "We attach importance to promote art and educate children. Hence we are planning interesting accompanying exhibitions of outstanding artists such as Tadeusz Kantor (including a documentary films produced in 2014 by the Centre for the Documentation of the Art of Tadeusz Kantor Cricoteka , the National Audiovisual Institute and the Polish Public Television), Rosław Szaybo and graphic workshops for children and youth, led by Pracownia Kwadrat of Graphic Art "- says Piotr Lengiewicz, President of Rempex, the organizer of the Warsaw Art Fair. - "The diverse range of over 1,000 objects will let select the works according to guests taste and to their financial capacity. You will be able to buy undervalued photos of famous photographers (Horowitz, Prazmowski, Rytko), young painting for example: Wilkoń, Szaybo, Pągowski, Dwurnik and paintings of contemporary classics (Wroblewski, Nowosielski, Fangor). The pre-war art is represented by Malczewski, Weiss, Chelmonski "- says Kama Zboralska, President of the of the 13th WTS program committee. Among the sculptors will appear artists like: Krzysztof M. Bednarski and Bronislaw Krzysztof (his works are in the Alfred Taubman collection - the owner of DA Sotheby's in New York, the Countess Isabelle d'Ornano and Starak family). Among more than 50 selected exhibitors such as Zderzak, Art Agenda Nova, Galeria Stefan Szydłowski, Mostra, Beta 16, Galeria Grafiki i Plakatu, Artemis and Arttrakt we will see contemporary art. Ancient art is represented by Galeria Berżera, Galeria 32 (specializing in art deco), D.A. Rempex, Art|ykwariat, Polish Auction House Wojciech Śladowski and Munich Antiquariat Dasa Pahor ( antique maps and books dating from the fifteenth to the nineteenth century). For numismatists will be possibility to buy such rarities as, two chip coronation ducat of John III Sobieski, dated February 2, 1676 . Showroom The Prime will present design on a global level (objects of famous designers including Massimo Castagna, Umberto Asnago). On 13th WTS book publishers will also have their stands: Arcade and Kurtiak and Ley Art Publishing (their books were ordered for John Paul II, Benedict XVI, the king of Saudi Arabia and sheikhs). An additional attraction are lectures and discussions, among others, "Photography Collector" (Wojciech Jędrzejewski known collector) and "Winston Churchill and dolphin. On the trail Zderzaks collection " led by Marta Tarabuła, owner of Gallery Zderzak, which this year celebrates its 30th anniversary. The art fair is accompanied by an external event, an exhibition - "THEY" Francis Staroweyski Gallery of Warsaw Graphics and Poster (5-20.10. 2015).
