Please note, all trains are pre-booked and timed, we are unable to accept bookings on the day.
Bookings must be with BMES by 16th. November 2015.
PRICES
Adult £5-00 includes a train ride to the Grotto, and return, a glass of mulled wine, or a soft drink or tea
or coffee and a mince pie in our buffet.
Child £8-00 includes a train ride to the Grotto, a visit with Santa and a present. Return ride then soft
drink and cake in the buffet.
PARTY DETAILS
We will try as far as possible to arrange trains to suit your needs, but, in order to maintain the service
must claim some flexibility on times.

Please note. Unless we are forced, by stress of weather, to cancel the events no refunds will be made
after 16th. November 2015. Stress of weather means such that it is impractical or unsafe for us to
operate trains.
Please be aware that open air events in December can be cold and windy and dress your party
accordingly.
