Sirs, I beg to make application through the General Fund Court of the Nine Incorporated Trades of Dundee for
assistance. I am not physically fit to earn my own living to support my wife and family of five dependent children. I
was in Hospital in Saskatoon, Sask, Canada last year for examination the result of which was: - Chronic Bronchitis,
Right lung affected, Vericose Veins, Dislocated Cartlage in Right knee. I had to give up my business two years ago
and have done only a few odd jobs since. With some help I can get a small farm which would enable me to make a
living and a home, our winter is very long and severe and o would have to get my house built as soon as possible.
My Wife and I were born in Dundee and lived their until coming to Canada twenty years ago. My Wife is the
Daughter of Mrs D. L. Wilson, Butcher, Dundee who will be glad to give any further information required. Trusting
you will give this your kind consideration.
I am yours truly (Signed) James Key.
