This course is for athletes competing in either individual or team sports in the school system or community programs. Individual training programs will be created, monitored and evaluated throughout the course with specific sport focus. Consultation and feedback from local physiotherapists will aid student’s recovery from athletic injuries as well as improve weaknesses in an attempt to improve performance.
