EDINA REALTY CHAMPLIN PARK
MENTOR-SALES ASSOCIATE AGREEMENT
The undersigned party, ______________________________ (Mentor), a licensed real estate sales
associate in the State of Minnesota and an independent contractor representing Edina Realty, Inc.,
herein agrees to perform the following duties as a "Sales Associate Mentor".
The undersigned will participate in the following activities of his/her sales associate for a period of
_______________________ (3-6 months) or ______ transactions, which ever comes first.
1. The assistance or attendance at prospective client counseling and pre-qualifying sessions.
2. The assistance or attendance of the sales associate at listing presentations.
3. The assistance in the writing of sales associate purchase agreements.
4. The assistance or attendance of the sales associate purchase agreement presentations.
5. The assistance and development of CMA's from basic research to presentations piece.
6. The Mentor will allow the sales associate to attend offer presentations.
7. The Mentor will allow the sales associate to attend listing presentations.
The Mentor and sales associate acknowledge that the Mentor will be compensated in the following
manner for this responsibility:
For each closed transaction that the sales associate is involved in, the Mentor will receive ______%
of the gross commissions associated with the sales associate’s side of the transaction.
In the event that the referral percentages are not fixed or are on a declining scale, please attach
additional information as to these percentages. All parties need to be aware of these numbers prior
to beginning the transactions.

The undersigned sales associate understands that he/she must state on the closing worksheet
that his/her Mentor is eligible for _______% compensation fee.
