Grade Primary Class Supply List 2015 – 2016
Specific brands are suggested due to their quality. Experience with these
items has proven their effectiveness and the endurance to last the entire
school year, if they are not abused. Due to allergies and sensitivities we are
requesting specific brands.

The above items will be included in the supplies which will be purchased by
the teachers on your child’s behalf. Please send $30.00 to the school as
soon as possible…before the end of June. A receipt will be issued.
Items which will be needed include:
 School bag large enough to carry lunch bag and a duotang
 Lunch bag
 Complete change of clothes in a Ziploc bag to be kept in their school
bag
 Indoor shoes (Velcro fasteners, if your child is not yet able to tie
independently)
Donations of facial tissues and unscented baby wipes are appreciated.
If you are choosing to purchase supplies yourself please DO NOT label them
with your child’s name. Send them to school in a plastic bag with your child’s
name on the bag.
