The “paperless” management was made possible through the implementation of ICT in creation, storage, editing, sharing, retrieving and information archiving. The expected conference issues in the field include but are not limited to: achieving integration, interoperability and performance of management tasks as planning, reporting, decision making and control; presentation of ways and means for "open" use of data and "open" governance; examination of forms and methods of standardization in AMP; discussions of techniques and tools for security and protection of the information (including personal information) and others advanced topics. 4. E-Governance Education The Requirements of the European strategy for intelligent, sustainable and inclusive growth lead to new challenges in front of e-Governance and education in this area. The researches in the field of e-Governance generate knowledge that should become part of the educational process. The main purpose of this thematic area is to present different perspectives, methods and tools for integrating of scientific researches and trainings in the field of eGovernance for the spread of knowledge, extraction and formation of new implicit ones. Sharing experiences, discussions and debates that lead to guidelines and recommendations for further development of e-Training process management are encouraged. We are expecting papers trying to disseminate the use of advanced educational methods as distance and e-Learning, and offering topical ideas for discussion during the conference. Attention will be focused on presentations of young scientists. The winners of students course works/projects and PhD competitions can present their results.
