under the motto “Technical University of Sofia – 70 years
innovative solutions” on 13th June, 2015 in the town of
Sozopol, Bulgaria. The ceremony will be broadcasted

2. E-Democracy and Management Processes
The modern achievements in the field of e-Technology has
a significant impact on the Administrative Management
processes
(AMP)
contributing
to
its
greater
democratisation through transparency and active citizens
participation in the decision making.
Papers investigating professional and social networks as a
tool for increasing democratization on regional, national
and international management levels are expected.
Researches on various forms, techniques, and organisation
of e-Participation in AMP through the application of web
based forums, videoconferencing, online voting, and others
are encouraged. The benefits of distance communication,
knowledge and good practices sharing are of a particular
interest. The comparison and discussions on the freedom
and ethics in digital societies and on the democracy,
globalization and migration are welcome.
A work shop for problems of virtualization and cloud
services will be organized. Remote videoconference
presentation of papers and their inclusion in conference
proceedings, regardless of the geographic location of the
participants, are provided.
3. E-Governance State of Arts and Trends
E-Governance not only enables improved access to
information, but increases the effectiveness of the
management processes. The “paperless” management was
made possible through the implementation of ICT in
creation, storage, editing, sharing, retrieving and
information archiving. The expected conference issues in
the field include but are not limited to: achieving
integration, interoperability and performance of
management tasks as planning, reporting, decision making
and control; presentation of ways and means for "open" use
of data and "open" governance; examination of forms and
methods of standardization in AMP; discussions of
techniques and tools for security and protection of the
information (including personal information) and others
advanced topics.
4. E-Governance Education
The Requirements of the European strategy for intelligent,
sustainable and inclusive growth lead to new challenges in
front of e-Governance and education in this area. The
researches in the field of e-Governance generate knowledge
that should become part of the educational process.
The main purpose of this thematic area is to present
different perspectives, methods and tools for integrating of
scientific researches and trainings in the field of eGovernance for the spread of knowledge, extraction and
formation of new implicit ones.
Sharing experiences, discussions and debates that lead to
guidelines and recommendations for further development of
e-Training process management are encouraged. We are
expecting papers trying to disseminate the use of advanced
educational methods as distance and e-Learning, and
offering topical ideas for discussion during the conference.
Attention will be focused on presentations of young
scientists. The winners of students course works/projects
and PhD competitions can present their results.

5. Public and Business e-Governance
E-Governance in Public and Business Administration is
tightly related to methods and tools for its modelling,
evaluation, certification and integration with innovation.
Therefore theoretical and practical research presenting
solutions on how to improve the accountability,
effectiveness and efficiency of the public administration
management processes and business competitiveness at all
levels, stages and phases are encouraged.
Further topics of interest include: administrative
infrastructure, model of collaboration in administrative
processes, smart service technologies, risk assessment, as
well as sharing of researches and "best practices" that have
an impact on social development and quality of
administrative service. Finally taking into consideration the
growing use of social media and its social and economic
impact to citizens, business and public administration, paper
reporting on the development and application of “big” data
for the improvement of administrative and management
processes are more than welcome.
Show forum for good practices demonstration in public and
business administration will take place.
