A senior consultant in civil engineering. Certified consultant in civil construction supervision, with ASCE
fellowship and over 40 years internationally in management of major projects in Egypt, Sudan, Uganda,
Tanzania, Kenya and Nigeria. Funding organizations included “World Bank”, “African Development Bank”,
“Egyptian Technical Cooperation Fund for Africa”, “U.S. Aid” and “British Aid”. Involvements covered civil
construction supervision, FIDIC condition contracts, other water related fields as wastewater and irrigation.
