Michele Morgan Harvey, MD, joins Southcoast Brain & Spine Center
DARTMOUTH, Mass. — Southcoast Health System has announced that neurologist
Michele Morgan Harvey, MD, has joined Southcoast Physician Services. Dr. Harvey’s practice is
located at the Southcoast Brain & Spine Center, 480 Hawthorn Street in Dartmouth with the
practice of neurologists Anna Somerto, MD, and Maya Vaysbrot, DO, of Southcoast Neurology.
The Southcoast Brain & Spine Center is a regional center that provides a comprehensive
delivery of care for patients with neurological brain and spine disorders through surgical and nonsurgical treatment options. Physician specialists in neurology, neurosurgery and physiatry
collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physical therapists, psychologists, chiropractors and
nurses to offer the most advanced treatments and care available for neurological, brain and spine
disorders.
Dr. Harvey earned her medical degree from the Emory University School of Medicine in
Atlanta and completed a residency in neurology and an internship in internal medicine, also at
Emory University. Dr. Harvey is board certified in neurology by the American Board of
Psychiatry and Neurology. She is a member of the American Academy of Neurology.
