FROM THE WEST ON THE LONG ISLAND EXPRESSWAY:
Take the Long Island Expressway (LIE/Route 495) east to Exit 33 (Community Drive/Lakeville Road). At
end of ramp, turn right at traffic light onto Lakeville Road. Proceed 2 miles to intersection of Lakeville
Road and Marcus Avenue. Make left turn at light and proceed 1.5 miles east on Marcus Avenue. Turn
right to enter the parking lot of the Granite Buildings (1999 and 1991 Marcus Avenue). Pass the first
building (1999) to find parking near the second building (1991) which is closest to the shopping center.
Ample ground-level and below-ground parking is available.
FROM THE WEST ON THE GRAND CENTRAL/NORTHERN STATE PARKWAY:
Take the Grand Central Parkway west to the Northern State Parkway (Eastern Long Island). Follow the
Northern State Parkway to Exit 25 (Lakeville Road/New Hyde Park). Turn left at the traffic light at the
end of the ramp onto Marcus Avenue. Proceed one-third mile and turn right to enter the parking lot of
the Granite Buildings (Look for Whitey Self Storage center on your left). Pass the first building (1999
Marcus Avenue) to find parking near the second building (1991 Marcus Avenue). Neurological Surgery’s
office is on the ground floor near the North Entrance.
FROM THE EAST ON THE LONG ISLAND EXPRESSWAY:
Take LIE west to Exit 34 (New Hyde Park Road) and follow service road to first traffic light. Turn left onto
New Hyde Park Road and proceed four traffic lights to the intersection of New Hyde Park Road and
Marcus Avenue. Bear right at intersection to merge onto Marcus Avenue. Continue one-half mile and
turn left from center lane to enter the parking lot of the Granite Buildings. Pass the first building (1999
Marcus Avenue) to find parking near the second building (1991 Marcus Avenue) which is closest to the
shopping center.

FROM THE EAST ON THE SOUTHERN STATE PARKWAY:
Take the Southern State Parkway east to Exit 19S (Peninsula Boulevard/Rockville Centre). You’ll see
Mercy Medical Center on your left. Proceed 2.6 miles on Peninsula Boulevard and turn left onto Ocean
Avenue (Look for Atria Apartments on right and “Welcome to Lynbrook” sign on left). Continue one-half
mile on Ocean Avenue and turn left onto Sunrise Highway (Watch for Mavis Tire store on corner).
Proceed one-quarter mile on Sunrise Highway and bear right to merge onto Merrick Road. Make right
after park to Windsor Avenue. You’ll see Neurological Surgery’s building on the corner of Merrick Road
and Windsor Avenue.
There’s a small parking lot for patients behind the building on Windsor Avenue. Some metered ($.25/30
minutes) and non-metered parking is available nearby.
FROM THE EAST ON SUNRISE HIGHWAY:
Take Sunrise Highway east to the town of Rockville Centre and turn left onto North Village Avenue.
(Look for Ayan’s Shish-Kabob Restaurant on right and a Chase Bank branch on your left.) Proceed onethird mile on North Village Avenue before turning right at second stop sign onto Windsor Avenue. (You’ll
cross both Merrick and Lincoln Avenues before reaching Windsor Avenue.)
FROM THE WEST ON THE SOUTHERN STATE PARKWAY:
