reports). Achievements include:

Board Update: Lead the development of an update to the board (through facilitation with Clevel executives) on a significant transformation programme which was in “stress”. Achieved
board acceptance for remedial actions.
Group Risk Reporting Operational Review: Managed an operational review of the Group
Risk Reporting function. Recommended initiatives leading to 15% improvement in productivity
and reduction of 10% headcount.

Network Recruitment process review: Coached a team in applying Lean Six Sigma
