Kleer Trimboards
Kleer® PVC Trimboards are manufactured from expanded cellular
PVC that is superior to wood in virtually any non-load bearing
exterior application. The product was developed with a small-cell
micro-structure with a density similar to white pine. In some
markets, Kleer Trimboards are now
available with TruEDGE®, an
innovative technology designed to
keep the edges of the boards cleaner, longer. Available in a range of
thicknesses, widths and lengths, Kleer PVC Trimboards can be used
effectively as fascia, rakes, band boards, corners, frieze, casings, soffits and
cornices. They can be machined into items such as fluted pilasters,
gingerbread and custom millwork to create a total package of products. A
wide range of techniques can be applied using the same tools as wood, such
as pneumatic nailing, stapling, gluing and heat bending.
Kleer Sheets
Kleer Sheets were developed with the same small-cell microstructure as Kleer Trimboards, making them
ideal for a variety of millwork applications. Kleer Sheets also contain the same UV inhibitors as Kleer
Trimboards, so they stay white without needing to be painted. Kleer Sheets are available in two finish
options: smooth on both sides or with a wood grain finish on one side and smooth on the other.
Trimboards and Cornerboards
Kleer offers a full line of Konceal™ trimboards and cornerboards that are as easyto-install as they are attractive. They are designed to work seamlessly with wood,
vinyl or fiber cement lap siding and are available in smooth or wood grain finish
with a natural cedar appearance. The durable trimboards and cornerboards do
not require paint for protection but may be painted if preferred.

Kleer Mouldings
Designed to improve the overall look of any home or project, Kleer Mouldings feature attractive extruded
cellular PVC patterns feature a close color and sheen match, so they can be used in conjunction with Kleer
trimboards and sheets. There’s no need to paint the finished product, but the molding can be painted if
preferred. A variety of design options and sizes are available, including crown molding, quarter rounds,
brick moulding, wainscot and sills, including historical sills. Extremely easy to work with and clean, Kleer
Mouldings are simple to cut using standard woodworking equipment and may be curved, if desired.
Kleer Beaded Boards and Sheets
KLEERLok® Beaded Boards have a ship-lap nailing flange that increases
installation speed and improves the finished look of the product. They can be
used in soffit or porch ceiling applications or for wainscot applications in
bathrooms, laundry rooms or other high moisture areas. KLEERLok Moulding
helps cover seams in long-length applications.
KLEERBead® Beaded Sheets combine the appearance of tongue-and-groove
edges with the durability and practicality of easy-to-install panels. KLEERBead
Beaded Sheets are available in ½” x 4’ x 8’ and ½” x 4’ x 10’ panels and ideal
for wainscot applications in bathrooms, laundry rooms and other high
moisture areas.
Kleer Post Wraps
KLEERWrap™ Post Wraps provide an easy, cost effective way to improve the appearance and durability of
an exterior post. Easy-to-install, KLEERWrap Post Wraps and Accessories are not structural and are not
intended for load-bearing applications. They are made from Kleer cellular PVC and do not require paint for
protection, but they may be painted to complement existing colors. KLEERWrap™ Moulding Kits are
available separately in three different styles and serve as the perfect accessory to finish any project
featuring KLEERWrap Post Wraps.
Kleer Decking

scratching, staining and fading. It contains no organic fillers than can promote the growth of mold or
mildew. Kleer Decking is easier to handle because it has a 100 percent PVC core that is up to 40 percent
lighter than wood - plastic composites.
Kleer Sierra Series PVC Decking is available in Golden Teak, Brazilian Redwood, Hearthstone, Espresso and
Sequoia finishes. It has a 25-Year Limited Lifetime Residential Warranty that includes labor for the first two
years and a 25-year Limited Residential Stain & Fade Warranty.
Kleer Coastal Series PVC Decking is available in Cobblestone and Sand Dune finishes with a natural wood
grain texture. It has a 25-Year

Kleer Railing
The KLEERRail™ PVC Railing System delivers the elegant appearance of a premium, painted wood railing
system without the maintenance. The new railing system can be used as railing on porches, decks and
patios, and it is the first architecturally correct engineered railing system to offer blind fastening, so there
are no exposed brackets or fasteners.
KLEERRail PVC Railing Systems are available assembled in 36” x 8’ and
36” x 6’ sections, as well as 6’ and 8’ sections to be assembled. The
cellular PVC railing features a low-gloss brushstroke finish similar to
painted or stained wood. It does not need to be painted for
protection, but it can be painted to complement most any exterior
décor if desired. The durable PVC construction is reinforced with
aluminum for additional strength. The Kleer Railing System includes a
25-year Limited Lifetime Transferrable Residential Warranty as well as
a 10-year Limited Lifetime Commercial Warranty that covers labor and
product replacement.
Kleer Cellular PVC Adhesives and Sealants
The comprehensive line of Kleer cellular PVC adhesives and sealants eliminates application guesswork.
Various sizes are available to fit the project need.
Kleer PVC Cement is a cost-effective solution for gluing smaller, shorter length joints, such as butt and scarf
joints. It can be used in colder weather where speed is of the essence, and it works best when joints fit
tightly together. It has the longest shelf life in the Kleer adhesive product family and provides a low-cost
adhesive solution per square foot.

Kleer PVC Adhesives can be used in the same application as cement but are easier to apply to longer length
joints. They are good for filling holes and surface imperfections. Two different working times are available
and are suggested based on the specific application and the user experience level.
PVC Structural Sealant is a multi-purpose product. Its tenacious adhesion and elastomeric properties make
it the ideal product for filling expansion gaps and nail holes. It skins over quickly and can be painted in two
hours, with a full work time of roughly one week.
Kleer Fasteners
Kleer offers a comprehensive line of fasteners for trim, decking and railing applications. Kleer Cortex
Fasteners for PVC Trim are the easiest way to hide fastener heads when installing Kleer PVC Trim and are
ACQ approved. In addition, these fasteners are the fastest, easiest way to hide deck screw heads on stairs,
perimeter boards and more. Virtually invisible, they are color-matched for Kleer Decking and do not require
pre-drilling.
KLEERKlip™ Stainless Steel Hidden Fasteners can be installed in the grooved edges of Kleer Decking
products for a seamless, more attractive finished appearance. Kleer Decking is available with a grooved edge
or with a solid edge that can be grooved using the TIGER CLAW Slot Cutter. To help reduce installation time
and lower labor costs, contractors can use a TIGER CLAW Installation Gun with KLEERKlip Stainless Steel
Fasteners to cut grooved edges in Kleer solid edge decking boards for a seamless and attractive final
product.
