Back-to-School Lock-in
What: Back-to-School Lock-in
 Laser Tag (at least two games – we’re not renting the place
out until our Dec. trip)
 Mini-Golf
 Movie at Theater (Appropriate PG-13 or less)
 Fun and Games at the church
When:
Friday, August 30th - Saturday, August 31st
Arrive at OLC at 6:00pm Friday evening
Pick up at 8:00am Saturday morning
How Much: $45.00 (Fee covers admission to all events, and food at the church
(snacks, pizza, etc.) - students may want to bring additional money
for snacks at the various places we are going, and video games.)
Deadline:
Permission slips and money due by Sunday, August 26th.
 We need parents to drive/chaperone - please let us know if you can. We
are looking for two teams: Team A goes out with the students for the
activities and drives; Team B arrives at the church at approximately
1:00AM and chaperones at the church until morning. Team B saves Team
A from pulling an all-nighter! All parents must be STAND trained (call
Tim for info.).
 If we don’t have enough parents for Team-B, we will have to send the
students home at 1:00am. We need at least 2 parents for the B Team!
 Bring a snack to share with everyone.
 Bring your sleeping bag and pillow (sleeping is optional).
 Full ($45.00) and Partial ($20.00) Scholarships available to anyone who is in
need. Just write “Full” or “Partial” at the bottom of the permission slip. No
one should say “I can’t go because I can’t afford it.”
 Return permission slip and fee to Tim Janiszewski or the box on the Business
