SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
Please answer each question thoroughly to aid in determining your need for this

Program Coordinator.
We have a limited scholarship fund roughly equivalent to 10% of our profits for each
event. Therefore, we must limit scholarships to those with the most proven financial need
as well as potential promise. Situations such as unemployment, loss of a home, divorce,
or illness of self or spouse are reasons which will be considered for financial assistance.
Reasons such as saving for school, paying off a college loan or trying to start a business
will not be considered for scholarship funds. Please keep this in mind before filling out
this application.
