ABSTRACT: Each paper should contain an abstract of about 200 words and should be typed written using Times New Roman,
Font size 9, bold and italic. The full paper has to be camera ready.
Keywords – Please provide no more than 5 keywords and should be typed written using Times New Roman, Font size 9, bold and
italic.
I. INTRODUCTION
This document contains the guidelines for manuscript preparation and submission. Please adhere strictly to these
instructions to assure rapid production of high quality conference proceedings.
II. PAPER FORMAT
The manuscript should be type written in Microsoft® Word and it must not exceed 8 pages, including tables and figures.
The text shall be typed within a print area with margins of approximately similar with this paper format and guidelines from
top, bottom, right and left sides of the paper. Therefore, it is advisable to prepare the extended abstract using the present
template. No page number should appear on the manuscript.
The body of the manuscript should be typed set in double-column approximately similar to this paper format, using the
single space format. The title should be centered across the page with the first letter of each word in capital letter. It should
be typed in bold face using 14-point Times New Roman Font.
The paper should include names and addresses of all authors. The authors name should be typed using Times New
Roman, font size 12. The rest of the text should be typed written in Times New Roman, font size 10 and formatted to
include the following headings: Introduction, Methodology, Results and Discussion, Conclusion and References. The phone
number, fax number and e-mail address of the corresponding author should be included. The section headings should be
bold faced, centered across the column and numbered consecutively. Use Times New Roman, Font size 8 for the references.
A. Subsection Headings, Tables and Figures
The subsection headings should be typed written in italic face and numbered consecutively as A, B, etc. The figures and
tables should be numbered consecutively and inserted within the text. The figure captions should be placed below the
illustrations, whereas the table captions should be placed above the content of presentation. Both captions should be typed
written in Times New Roman, font size 8.
Example of figure illustration is shown in Figure 1.

B. Photographs, Figures and Equations
All photographs and figures should have a good contrast quality and are black and white glossy prints. All equations
should be centered across the column, numbered consecutively with the respective number given in parentheses as follows:

The references should be numbered and cited in text using square bracket in the following manner [1], [2-5] etc. A list of
references should be provided under the section of references.
III.
PAPER SUBMISSION AND PUBLICATION
JAMT recommends that authors should complete and send the Journal Article Record Form. Please keep a copy of the
completed form for your future reference. Full and legible authors’ names and corresponding address are essential to ensure
delivery of complimentary copies of the journal issue upon publication. Any enquiries may direct to:
