All pastors and ministers are to be robed for the Communion Service (white), reading of appointments and the closing session (black). All finances are to be received on the first day of the Annual Conference. All Statistical Reports are due at the opening of the Conference. All delegates are required to register and subscribe to all Periodicals ($143.00).
