Conditions of Entry
1. Pre-entry fees are $14.00 per class. Pre-entries will be accepted by mail or on-line registration until Friday,
Sept 16th at noon. All other entries shall be treated as post-entries and accepted at $16.00 per class. An
AHJA administrative fee of $10 per horse is required for all classes on Saturday. AHJA membership forms
will be available at the registration desk.
Mail pre-entries for Saturday to Barbara Boyles @ 4681 Friendship Rd, Union Grove, AL 35175, and preentries for Sunday to Jane Lenning @ 215 Morning View Dr, Harvest, AL 35749. Register on-line until
NOON on Friday September 16th at www.alabamahunterjumpers.com.
2. Limited stalls ($25.00 per night) and paddocks are available. Contact BJ Brown at bjbrpf@gmail.com or
256-603-0857.
3. Schooling will be available all day Friday, September 16, and the mornings of Saturday and Sunday,
September 17 and 18 from 6:30 to 7:45. Jumper ring will not be open for schooling prior to the show.
4. Five ribbons will be awarded for each class. Champion and Reserve Champion will be awarded for each
division.
5. Hard hats must be worn at all times by all riders when mounted, including schooling. Junior riders must
wear ASTM-approved helmets.
6. Rider’s age will be determined as of December 1, 2010.
7. The management reserves the right to refuse, accept conditionally, or cancel any entries, disqualify
exhibitors, prohibit showing of entries, and cancel awards of prizes without claims or damages.
Management will abide by the AHJA rules where it concerns combining divisions. The management
reserves the right to cancel any classes with insufficient entries or because of weather.
8. Saturday’s show is an ALABAMA HUNTER JUMPER ASSOCIATION recognized Horse Show. Proper hunt
attire is required for all recognized classes.
9. Schooling classes held Sunday are open to all riders. Proper hunt attire is not required. Chaps are allowed
in all classes.
10. Current AHJA rules will be available at the secretary’s desk.

DIRECTIONS
From Birmingham, I-65 N. take Hartselle exit, Hwy 36 east towards Somerville. Follow to Hwy 231, turn left,
cross Tennessee River Bridge, turn left at second signal onto Green Cove Road. Go 3/4 mile to asphalt road on
left, follow to fork in the driveway, turn left and follow to show area.
