Work Experience
1) Presently working as SHIFT INCHARGE which includes 4HI Mill(FLAT),CRCA area, Annealing(EBNER)
furnace, H&T furnace(EBNER and ALLIED),Grinding line (BERUER),High tensile steel strapping lines
and finishing lines.
2) Presently I am responsible for planning of maintenance, breakdown rectification, maintaining
spares required for smooth operation of shifts.
Responsibility
 Being a part of production associated department we are responsible for every achievement
& failure regarding production target.
 Responsible for Preventive maintenance of 4HI MILL, CRS, HTSS, H&T, GRINDING LINE.
 Handling PLC Make-Siemens, ABB & AC/DC Drive Make-ABB Siemens and Mitsubishi.
 Planning preventive & predictive maintenance schedules of various machinery and
instruments to increase machine up time / equipment reliability.


Conducting failure investigation analysis to identify gaps & take corrective measures so as to
reduce equipment downtime & maximize plant availability.
EOT Cranes: (Make-WMI & AVONE, 15tone to 30tone) & related systems,
Hydraulics & pneumatic systems in the line.
