Kayaking Gear
 *Kayak
 *Paddle
 *PFD/Life Jacket
 *Spray Skirt
 *Spray Jacket
 *Helmet
 *Wet Suit
On River Personal Equipment
 Swim suit or quick drying shorts
 Pair of sandals/water shoes with heel strap or tennis shoes to get wet in (no
flipflops, crocs)
 1-2 warm upper layers that can get wet (fleece jacket, sweater)
 Polypro underwear top (Under Armour or Mountain Hardwear style)
 Sunscreen
 Sunglasses (if glasses are worn, ensure you have a keeper strap!)
 2 water bottles (Nalgene, Gatorade, etc. No glass)
Personal Equipment
 2 1 qt. water bottles
 2 T-shirts
 Long Pants for camp and lounging
 2 or more warm upper layers (fleece jacket, sweater)
 Polypro underwear top and bottom
 Socks
 1 pair dry shoes
 Towel
 Rain Jacket and Pants (optional)
 Underwear






*3 season sleeping bag
*Ensolite(sleeping) Pad x2 for extra warmth (a great trick in winter)
*Flash light or headlamp with extra batteries
Cup, bowl, and utensils (no glass)
Small Toiletry kit: toothbrush, soap, brush, personal medicines, etc
Sunscreen
