100% X-ray of all pressure welds required by ASME Code.
Stress relieved per ASME Code.
Wet magnetic particle inspection per DOT Specifications.
Twelve volt electrical system utilizing Betts LED lights with BETTS nose box at front
centerline of head. Extra LED brake light in center rear of subframe.
Four fixed outage gauges (83%, 85%, 87% & 90%). (Customer has confirmed).
4” visible float gauge in 8” recessed well on horizontal curbside centerline without
ladder.
Outage gauges, pressure gauge and thermometer in 8” recessed well near float gauge
recess.
(2) Heavy duty aluminum bolt-in baffles.
(2) 3” flanged internal safety relief valves with kalrez seats marked set-to-discharge
pressure of 250 psig.
16” SA517 steel manway in top 45 of rear head.
Plumbing:
A. 4” flanged opening piped with 4” Fisher C404-M32-600 internal valve and 4”
Blackmer TLGLF-4 pump, hydraulic motor and adapter, (2) 2” Marshall ME82416 globe valves and terminating both streetside and curbside with 3 1/4” Acme
adapters with cap and stainless steel cable. Provide (2) 1” sch. 80 pipes threaded
with NPT on both ends, with wing type quick disconnects (inside pipe with a male end
and outside pipe with a female end) to run from front of front fender to front curbside
of plumbing guard and connected through speed control valve to hydraulic motor
on pump with flexible hoses. Product pump rotation to be opposite of engine,
(streetside discharge). Product pump rotation to be opposite of engine, (streetside
discharge).
B. 3” flanged sprayfill/vapor opening piped with 3” internal valve, screwed into 3”
companion flange, 3" tee, (2) 2” Marshall ME824-16 globe valves and terminating
both streetside and curbside with 3 1/4” x 1 3/4” Acme adapter caps with cap and
stainless steel cable.
C. 3” flanged liquid withdrawal opening piped with 3” internal valve screwed into 3"

Above piping to be located just to rear of landing gear and protected by channel
frame.
Internal valve at "A" to be operated using a manual control handle and internal
valves at “B” and “C” to be operated using a stainless steel Allegheny operator
with stainless steel cables to internal valves. Air controlled emergency shutdown
system for internal valves to be furnished with remote shutoffs located at front
streetside and rear curbside of trailer.
Stainless steel blowdown valve furnished for each manual valve, piped to top of
trailer.
Furnish safety gate at each side of plumbing, designed to lock trailer brakes while
trailer is being loaded.
H. Provide a 2” cross over line piped from the output side of the 4” Blackmer pump to the

liquid line and equipped with a 2” 4-bolt ball valve.
Furnish auxiliary intake at the intake side of the 4” blackmer pump equipped with a 2” ME
globe valve and terminating with a 3-1/4” Acme adapter with cap and SS cable.
14. Ridewell RAR-260 air ride suspension, height control valve and dump valve mounted
at landing gear bracket.
15. 25,000# 5” round axles with 77.5” track and HP spindles.
16. Stemco guardian one-piece hub seals or equal.
17. Provide aluminum tread plate 3/16" thick x 38" wide x 24" high bolted below front of
subframe. Use (6) 1/4" bolts with rubber bushings between plate and mounting
bracket.
18. (8) 8.25” x 24.5 10-hole hub-piloted aluminum wheels. (Mill finish)
19. 16 ½” X 7” outboard brakes with s-cams tubes, hub-piloted aluminum hubs, and
Haldex 4S/2M anti-lock braking system and TRS system.
20. (8) 11R 24.5 Bridgestone R-250ED tires.
21. Jost model or equal 50,000# two-speed roll down landing gear with sand shoes.
22. Double contour aluminum fenders over trailer tandem (unpainted, natural finish).
23. Single contour aluminum fenders at front of trailer with 3 supports spaced equally
(unpainted, natural finish).
24. Mud flap at rear of each fender with MTC anti-sail device.
25. No spare tire carrier furnished. Pads furnished for future tire carrier installation.
26. Adjustable upper kingpin (moves 6” forward and rearward in 3” increments).
27. 8” rear bumper, 60” wide, with underide protection.
28. (2) 8” x 20’ aluminum hose tubes with 16" long external reinforcement sleeves, one at
each end of each tube, with cast doors at each end of each tube (unpainted, natural
finish).
29. Static strap and chock blocks with holder furnished.
30. Fire extinguisher and bracket furnished.
31. Trailer blasted inside and outside.
32. Exterior to be MTC Deluxe Paint System finished with Urethane white paint, over
two-coat epoxy primer system.
