WORK EXPERIENCE:MDI Laboratories India Pvt. Ltd. (25th February 2013 till present)
Laboratory Manager: Duties include the following:
 Managing the centre at Alliance Hospital, Nallasopara.
 Liaising with the clients.
 Technical Supervision of the Lab.

Documentation Manager: Duties include the following:
 Control of all the laboratory documents, especially those pertaining to the International Quality
Standards in the Laboratory and organization;
 Working towards the NABL and ISO Accreditation of the Laboratory and Healthcare
organization;
 Preparation & maintenance of all SOPs, work instructions, forms, etc. in accordance with the
regulatory requirements;
 Co-ordination of annual review of all the controlled documentation;
 Ensuring accurate performance of Quality Control & statistical analysis of quality data;
 Ensure proper investigation of failure is conducted and implementation of corrective action;
 Ensure that the requirements of ISO 15189:2007 International Standards are implemented and
maintained in the Laboratory;

calibrating the instruments, preparing culture media/laboratory reagent, reading micro results,
