- Discussed proposal from Andrew on representing HL7 Pedigree model data within a
FHIM-style vMR (link)
- Focus of most of call; potential question is whether to add a link back from
ClinicalGenomicChoice to Relative, which does not seem to be a part of the HL7
Pedigree model and would need to be inferred
- Also examined sample HL7 Pedigree model-compliant XML instance from
Clinical Genomics Work Group (link)
- Galen provided FHIM in multiple formats:
- Rationale Software Modeler format (link)
- XMI format (link)
- UML format (link)
- [ ] Galen: will ask internal experts for guidance on how to use Papyrus to work
with these models
- Ken will be receiving a Rational Software Modeler license from HL7 to
facilitate work on this model
- Next call will be in 1 week to continue discussion on vMR modeling in FHIM context,
including continued discussion on Family History modeling
