1. Recap of meeting with Erin Kane
a. No pressure to fundraise
b. Would like us to consider a “Community Service Day”
c. would like us to consider purchase of Activity Bus- total cost is
$70,000($35,000 from each campus); school would pay for all additional costs of the bus

B. VP Fundraising Events
1. Fun Run
a. movie night postponed and rescheduled to 12/5. Mrs. Liotta is
covering
2. Soiree
a. need volunteers
C. VP Social Events
1. Holiday Boutique
a. burritos from Twisters being served from 9am-11am. Must prepurchase through PayPal by 12/9
b. Volunteers still needed- we will purchase any additional food need
as long as budget is not exceeded
2. Luncheon tomorrow- Chili cook-off. Teachers/Staff will vote for
favorite. Prizes for top 3.
3. Leadership Awards Breakfast is Thursday, Nov. 19th.
a. Serving Panera breakfast sandwiches for 20 people. Also
purchasing 2 fruit bowls from Costco and juice boxes.
4. Masquerade Ball- successful, 217 attended, profit of $1315.19

a. starts tomorrow; Heather to send out reminder tomorrow night

a. starts 11/30. Will be line item on Holiday Fund as well as PayPal

2. Spending of Soiree and Fun Run Funds- To Purchase
a. Playground equipment- $2000
b. Gym Acoustics- $15,000
c. Tables and benches for front brick area (per teacher/staff request)soiree wish list item
d. Scrolling reader board?
G. Secretary
A. Still working on ordering event yard signs. Soiree is all that is still needed.
B. Edukits- school is taking over. Using a company called SchoolTool. All
items are ordered online and delivered to individuals homes.
C. Per Andrea Hritz: currently have 18, 617 points in Box Tops account.
Need to use within one month. If we do not see anything to order, can
Celebration Express use the points?
D. Let all know that a parent had emailed regarding Express Scripts program
to raise money for 5th grade trip to DC. Michael to follow up with parent.
