Thank you for your interest in holding your event at Celebrate Community Church. It is our
desire to create close union between good stewardship of Celebrate Church’s facilities, and our
Core Value of “Utilizing the facilities in service to our community.” Use of the building is
available to businesses and church or community organizations.
Enclosed, you will find some facility policies and guidelines, as well as a request form with
associated fees. To reserve space and have your event placed on the calendar, please return
the form and the deposit. Fees are often reduced or waived for Non-Profit Organizations. To

Facility Policy

The following policy strives to create close union between good stewardship of Celebrate Church’s
facilities, and her Core value of “Utilizing the facilities in service to our community.” Use of the building
is available to businesses and church or community organizations. To that cause, use of Celebrate
Church facilities shall be guided by the following:
· Available space will depend upon scheduling around regular Celebrate Church’s activities and
programs.
· Availability may also depend on the race season as parking and noise may limit the facility’s services.
· No weddings or special events will be scheduled on holiday weekends.
· All groups renting space are responsible for any structural or equipment damage while renting space
in the building.
· The Administrative Assistant of Celebrate Church will handle all requests and determine availability of
the facility.
· A $25 deposit is required when reserving space. This fee will be subtracted from total bill after the
event is held, if no damage to the building or equipment is found.
· No red juice is allowed. Drinks should be covered with lids for coffee and lids and straws for cold
drink.
· Rental fees will cover events of 6 hours or less. If extra time is needed, arrangements must be made
with the Administrative Assistant.
· Activities must conclude to allow for the building to be vacated by 10:00 PM on weekdays and by 6:00
PM on Saturdays.
· No alcohol will be allowed on Celebrate Church property. No smoking is allowed in the building.
· Trained Celebrate Church Technical Team members must operate all technical equipment (sound,
video presentation, and light board).
· Payment is due one week before the scheduled event.
