Each player should bring comfortable Work-out
gear (Tee-shirt, shorts, and Football shoes)

Supervision:
Each camper will work on the basic fundamentals
of the game. These fundamentals will range from
stance & primary starts to blocking, tackling,
throwing, catching and kicking.
Thursday will be a “parent’s day”, where all the
parents are invited to come to the practice and see
a review of the skills learned. (Note – all the
practices are “open” practices—i.e. parents are
welcome to watch.)
There will be 5 or more coaches on staff
supervising the camper’s on the field.

Gardner-Edgerton High School
6:30 – 8:30 p.m. (Wed Game will be at Wheatridge
Middle School under the lights – Kick-off at 7:00pm)
$50.00 (This includes a free camp Tee-shirt)
(3rd and 4th Graders are strongly encouraged to attend
the non-pad camp before attending the full-pad camp)
Any boy who will be in the (3rd or 4th grade during the
2012-2013 school year
Each player will bring the pads that they are intending
on using during for the 2012 youth football season.
(This will include: Helmet, Mouthpiece, Shoulder pads,
Knee pads, Thigh pads, Hip and Tail pads, practice
jersey and pants and football shoes)
Each camper will work on the basic fundamentals of
the game. The fundaments of tackling will be the
emphasis of the full-pad camp. On Saturday the
campers will be participating in a full-contact football
game. Each player will be assigned a position and will
play in the game. All parents and friends are
encouraged to come watch.
There will be 5 or more coaches on staff supervising
the camper’s on the field.

I have no knowledge of any physical impairment that would affect or be affected by my son’s participation in the Camp
In the event of any emergency in which my son requires medical care, I authorize the staff of the Blazer Football camp to obtain for him whatever medical
treatment the staff, in its best judgment, deems necessary and appropriate.
I acknowledge that at the Blazer Football Camp my son will participate in activities in which he may incur, among other things, contact of the body with other
persons or objects, including the ground. I acknowledge that at the Blazer Football Camp my son may incur the risk of injury
I specifically waive and release the staff of the Blazer Football Camp, Gardner-Edgerton High School and USD#231 from liability for any claim for damages
which I or my son may have for injuries that he may sustain at the Blazer Football Camp.
I understand that violation of camp rules may result in dismissal from the camp with all tuition forfeited.
