Assistive and Adaptive Technologies including support of Section 508 and Section 504,
as Subject Matter Expert and Senior Systems Engineer. Support the integration of screen
reader software, voice recognition software, TTY Services and other assistive and
adaptive hardware and software. More than twenty years experience in leadership,
technical systems support, customer service, user training and operations management in
large and small environments including on-site at a Federal Agency and with Information
Technology companies. Skilled liaison coordinating projects between technical groups,
customers and vendors.

Servers. Maintain assistive technology demonstration lab and test area.
Research assistive technology solutions including video relay solutions.
Send out TTY text broadcasts to deaf hard of hearing users to parallel telephony voice
broadcasts. Setup emergency notification TTY services call in system, IAM-OKED.
Provide Tier III support to Tier II and Tier I technicians for escalated Assistive
Technologies integration and support issues.
Design, configure and support assistive technology remote access systems.
Manage assistive technology customer database with more that than 500 users.
Help manage assistive technology assets including hardware and software.
Support applications inclusive of but not limited to: NexTalk, JAWS, ZoomText, Dragon
Naturally Speaking, Access-A-Phone.
HTML programming updating Intranet ConnectED.
Chaired support team peer recognition review board. Assisted with transition of contracts
to ensure customer service maintained.

overseeing two others. Reported daily to agency project coordinator. Met weekly with
OCIO Management to discuss status.
Project Lead Information Technology Relocation
Oversaw Information Technology disconnect/reconnect of approximately 2500 pieces of
equipment to refurbished building. Completed project below projected cost. Received
recognition awards from OM and OCIO for excellent performance. Met with weekly with
OCIO, OM and other Agency management offices.
