BID PROPOSAL OUTLINE
Dear USAPL Members,
I would like to be considered for the 2011 USA Powerlifting RAW
National Championships, hosted in Scranton, Pennsylvania. I would
like to be considered for this event to be held in Scranton,
Pennsylvania, which is located in North Eastern Pennsylvania. We
serve a hot bed location of lifters and would like to bring National
events back to the North East.
We are not a tourist attraction location, but there are many things to
offer and a lot has changed since the last ADFPA National events came
to this region. Scranton has new state of the art airport, a booming
College town, with 4 College / Universities with-in city limits. Scranton
is now the home to the Triple AAA Yankees, the first racing / casino in
the state of Pennsylvania. With the location of the Hotel, you will be in
downtown in walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, a movie
theatre, a mall and much more. All of this located in a very affordable
part of the country.
Along with it being in an affordable part of the country, this event is
going to be with-in driving distance to a LARGE percentage of USA
Powerlifting lifters.
We run top notch events, with all IPF approved equipment at all of our
events.
Let’s bring National Championship events back to the North East!
