Is The KJV Encoded?—The Rapture Bible Code I t has been shown beyond a reasonable doubt that God has encoded the Old Testament. This has been overwhelmingly evident and apparent in the many Bible codes that have been found detailing recent events such as the World Trade Center attack, and the DC sniper incident. These very intricate welldeveloped codes with encoded sentences clearly show by statistical analysis that God encoded the Old Testament. God accomplished this encoding through divine inspiration of the scriptures. The question has arisen that if God encoded the Old Testament, has He encoded the New Testament or even a translation? It naturally follows that since both the Old & New Testaments were written by divine inspiration that the New Testament should also be encoded, though one would reason that due to the different language construction these codes would not be as extensive and statistically convincing. There are no vowels in Hebrew thus it is easier to encode a text without vowels and so the New Testament which was written in Greek and contains vowels would be harder to encode. With being more difficult to encode, if there were viable codes in the New Testament they would not be as numerous and extensive. Whether or not the New Testament has been encoded is not the topic of this article, the question we will deal with is: has a translation been encoded? My first thought was that God, due to human translation constraints, could not encode a translation. But on the other hand I do not want to limit God, He can do greater things than we can ever think or imagine. And it stands to reason that if you had a group of earnest, righteous, Holy Spirit controlled translators, that even though translations are not inspired, God could conceivably guide and direct the translators by His grace to translate according to His will and thus a translation could also be encoded. A time honored God directed translation is the King James Version of the Bible. Thus if Bible codes exist in a translation we would expect to find some in the KJV. The following appears to be one such encoding that concerns the rapture. Term SIXSEAL SAINTS BESAVEDOSAFE TAKEN DELIVERED WICKEDMEN LEFT MOON OFBLOOD SIGN DAYOFCHRIST GLORIOUS APPEARING OF THE GREATGOD WEWHICHARE ALIVEAND REMAIN SHALLBE CAUGHTUP TOGETHER WITHTHEMIN THECLOUDS TRANSLATEDUS INTOTHE KINGDOMOFHIS DEARSON THECOMING OFOURLORD JESUSCHRIST Skip 9718 6482 -3245 11341 1 1 -1616 1627 1 -1629 1 R Factor 0.233 -3.069 5.514 -3.841 -1.875 -0.301 -4.404 -4.371 -1.041 -4.060 -0.477 (in Matrix) 2.565 -0.737 7.846 -1.508 0.457 2.031 -2.072 -2.039 1.291 -1.728 1.855 1 0.000 2.332 1 0.000 2.332 1 0.000 2.332 1 -0.602 1.730 The ELS reference is 1620 characters between rows. There are 15 displayed terms in the matrix. The matrix starts at Colossians Ch 1 V 13 Letter 38 and ends at James Ch 2 V 8 Letter 83. The matrix spans 74593 characters of the surface text. The matrix has 47 rows, is 73 columns wide and contains a total of 3431 characters. The total r-value of the positive terms in the matrix is 8.079 which yields odds of approximately 120 million to one. This matrix puts forth the idea that the Day of Christ or the Day of the Lord will occur at the sixth seal. It also puts forth the idea that the rapture will also occur at this time in which the righteous will be delivered from the wrath to come and the wicked, men without Christ, will be left to suffer the wrath of God. This sentiment is echoed in the phrase “be saved, O safe!” which again sets forth the idea that if you are saved you will be safe from the wrath to come. The matrix further contains information regarding the most prominent sign of the coming epiphany that will occur at the Day of the Lord, namely that the moon will be turned to blood. The r-value of statistically significant terms in this matrix without inclusion of surface text is 8.079, which yields odds of approximately 120 million to one. If you take into consideration other aspects of this matrix the odds would increase. For example the entire matrix only includes 3431 letters, which is approximately ½% of the 739,167 letters in the KJV New Testament. In the matrix the term “sixseal,” which is only encoded 4 times in the KJV New Testament, appears in this matrix with 6 sentences or long phrases of definitely related surface text such as “Hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son.” “We which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds,” “The coming of our Lord Jesus Christ,” “Day of Christ” “Glorious appearing of the great God.” “The Lord delivered me.” Not only is the related surface text statistically significant but the words “saints” and “taken” are only encoded once in this matrix and they cross each other and the surface text of “We which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds.” The odds that those 2 words would occur in the matrix at the same place is 1 to 10.75, which would increase the r-value by 1.031 bringing the total to 9.11 yielding odds of approx. 1.3 billion to one. Further to the right next to and touching “saints” and crossing “taken” is the encoded word “left,” which also occurs right below the surface text “wicked men.” The phrase “wicked men” only occurs 2 times in the KJV NT and appears in this small matrix very close to “left.” All 4 of these terms occurring near each other are also statistically significant. The other significant cluster of terms are “of blood” which occurs 16 times in the KJV NT and appears in this matrix. The phrase “of blood” also crosses the encoded term “moon,” which is almost parallel to the term “sign.” All 3 occur in a 7 x 28 box. All of these statistically significant events increase the odds of this matrix from occurring by chance. Are the odds high enough for us to say that this matrix was by design and not chance? Does this matrix show that the KJV is encoded? I will leave those questions to be answered by the statistical experts. But if the answers to those questions are yes, then this matrix would offer confirmation to the fact that the rapture will occur at the sixth seal. Our only source for doctrine is God’s Holy Word; we are never to use experiences and or other spiritual phenomena such as the Bible codes to formulate doctrine. God’s Holy word is clear that the rapture will occur at the sixth seal and this Bible code whether by design or chance says the same thing.
