standard modules: Service Management Platform(SMP), Electronic Program

interoperability test organized by ITU-T in August 2011, and obtained the

comply with ITU-T's IPTV technical standards can interwork with

Unified subscriber management
The IPTV2.0 platform can solve problems such as the coexistence of
multiple CDNs and service long-tail effect that operators are confronted with.
To combine multiple duplicate CDNs into one intelligent CDN, an operator
must first achieve the service loud that manages subscribers using multiple
types of terminals (TV, computer, mobile phone, and the fourth screen) in a
uniform manner. Thus, subscribers can receive consistent service that is
independent of their accessing terminals, and do not need to switch between
multiple platforms and repeatedly enter their usernames and passwords.

on demand, the virtualization of streaming and storage capabilities must be

intelligent decision-making, and intelligent monitoring. First, the opening-up
of the CDN capability interface provides the leasing-out capability. Second,
the intelligent decision-making system ensures the on-demand allocation of
