ENGINE - Powerfull naturally aspirated diesel engine 4cylinder water cooled 70 to 80 hp. At
2200rpm Width of the machine should be between 1500mm to 2400mm. DRIVE SYSTEM -Machine
should be 2(Two) Wheel Drive FUEL CONSUMPTION Around 5 to 6 liters per hr. Turning radius of
machine should not more then 8650 mm. DIG DEPTH The machine shall have minimum dig depth of
4.75 m SIDE SHIFT LENGTH -Side shift should be minimum 1000mm. Capacity of fuel tank should
be minimum 120 litres. BUCKET CAPACITY -Loader bucket should be minimum 1.0 cu.m and
excavator bucket of minimum 0.24 cu.m HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT - The equipment shall have hydraulic
cricuit to fit disaster management tool like Rock breaker de water pump, earth drill etc. A confirmation
in this regard must be mentioned separately in price bid. SAFETY SYSTEM -The dashboard should be
equipped with the following indicators to ensure machine safety engine cooling liquid
thermometer,electric hour-counter fuel level indicator tachometer. Engine oil warninglight ,batter
charge warning light,glow plug warm-up warning light low fuel. warning light lifted up hiopper
warning light , detris unload door open light running light lamp positon indicator lame high beam lamp
hooter butter , drive driection swathed key switch etc. EXCAVATOR BUCKET TEAROUT - 5680 kgf
minimum, LOADER BUCKET BREAKOUT -6000 kgf minimum, CLAM SHOVEL - Loader bucket
should be (6 in 1), TYRE - Front(9x16-16 pr) . Rear(16.9 x 28-20 pr)

3. For submitting the bids online, the contractors/bidders are required to make online

4. Tender Download, Submit Bid Hash online, Submission of Bids, EMD and other
Documents and other activities will be governed by the time schedules given under “Key

5. Conditions related to e-Procurement are furnished in “Annexure–O” of tender document
and will overrule other conditions wherever applicable/relevant.
