Our world is broken down into specific regions that unify peoples by economics, languages, belief- systems, physical and environmental challenges. The lines that demark these regions are becoming more blurred – the world and our differences are becoming less. With this globalization, cultures and traditions are being challenged and as a result conflict arises. This course will discuss some of the regions across the globe and the challenges each face in their human and physical makeup.
