The Clinical Nurse Specialist will be based in Galway University Hospital and be part of the Galway University Hospital’s Infection Prevention and Control Team. The aim of the Clinical Nurse Specialist, Infection Prevention and Control is to optimise patient care through the prevention, surveillance, investigation, liaison, education, research and control of health care acquired Infection (HCAI).
