(Examples: Diagnose common infectious and non-infectious complications in transplant
recipients. Explain the infectious risk of bone marrow transplant.)

(Examples: Use rates of flu shot compliance among my patients
to inform a quality improvement project on increasing flu shot uptakes among my diabetics. Lead a resident report to teach coresidents the infectious complications of bone marrow transplant.)

socioeconomic backgrounds. Run patient-centered family meetings.)

(Example: Attend all scheduled clinical sessions daily. Complete all documentation of medical records

identify patients at high-risk of low health literacy by using a universal form at all visits.)
