Lee Parker Things are changing at astounding speeds. My "smart phone" is many times smarter than my first computer and I think smarter than me. What change is next? Anything pastors are called upon to do and expect of themselves are also changing quickly. However, our responses sometimes do not change quickly enough. We will share what church members can do to protect the spiritual, emotional, and physical health of their pastors. We will explore mutual support and nurture, healthy communication, fair fighting, and appropriate ways of avoiding and dealing with conflict. We may not answer every question, but we will provide a starting place.
