The rotating BOBBY BORSCHLEGAL MEMORIAL TROPHY awarded to the horse or pony with the most points in the
SMALL FRY DIVISION.
The JOHN DOWNIN CHALLENGE TROPHY awarded to the horse or pony with the most points in the YOUTH
WESTERN DIVISION.
The KINDRED SPIRITS HORSEMANSHIP TROPHY awarded to the horse or pony with the most points in the YOUTH
ENGLISH DIVISION.
The PAM MISKE MEMORIAL ROTATING TROPHY awarded to the horse with the most combined points in the
ENGLISH and HUNTER DIVISION. (Must have shown in two Over Fences Classes at each Show.)
The CHRISTAL WARNE WESTERN PLEASURE TROPHY awarded to the horse with the most points in Junior Western
Pleasure OR Senior Western Pleasure and Open Western Pleasure.
ALL AROUND HORSE - WESTERN TRAINING SADDLE sponsored by GENE SCHENK QUARTER HORSES will be
given to the horse & rider combination that receives the most points.
ALL AROUND PONY - ENGLISH or WESTERN BRIDLE given to the pony & rider combination that receives the most
points.
MTSC will award prizes to members in all classes except Class 10 (Leadline)
SEASONAL AWARDS POINT SYSTEM: One point for placing plus one point will be awarded for each horse you have placed
above. Only those receiving ribbons will receive points. The owner and exhibitor must be members of MTSC to be eligible for
seasonal awards.
A HORSE IS ELIGIBLE FOR 1 HIGH POINT DIVISION AWARD PLUS THE SMALL FRY HIGH POINT DIVISION,
But may win any of the class awards.

Each exhibitor shows at his or her own risk. MTSC is not responsible for injury or accident. Owner and exhibitor must sign
“HOLD HARMLESS” agreement on entry form before exhibitor will be allowed to show. Guardian/Parent must sign for
minors.
Youth and Small Fry points are counted on the horse & rider as a team. A YOUTH EXHIBITOR will be 18 years and under and
a SMALL FRY EXHIBITOR will be 12 years and under as of January 1 st of show year.
Horse to measure 14.3 hands and over. Pony to measure 14.2 and under. ALL PONIES WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE
MEASURED. Signed record of measurement will be kept on file for the season.
HORSES MUST SHOW IN HORSE CLASSES AND PONIES WITH RIDERS UNDER THE AGE OF 14 MUST SHOW IN
PONY CLASSES.
There will be no excessive whipping or hitting in front of the girth in or out of the show ring. This will result in
disbarment from the show. The show committee will enforce this rule.
If disbarred from a show, no points will be counted for that show.
Youth riders will be prohibited from showing stallions in all classes.
Any act of discourtesy on the part of an exhibitor, owner, or groom toward the judge or anyone affiliated with the show may
disqualify the horse and rider and the owner shall forfeit his entry fees and will not be permitted to show in any subsequent
classes in this show.
Decision of the judge shall be final on all awards. In all other matters the decision of the show committee shall be final In case
of argument a protest fee of $25 must be put up first. The show committee will review the argument. Their decision will be
final. If the decision is in favor of the protester the protest fee will be refunded. If not, the protest fee will go to the MTSC.
One rider per horse per class.
Owner and exhibitor must be members of MTSC to receive year-end Awards. Seasonal Awards to count from the day that the
rider and owner are both members and horse is NOMINATED for DIVISIONAL HIGH POINT AWARD.
All members and exhibitors are asked to conduct themselves in a manner that will credit MTSC.
Western Classes will be governed by AQHA rules with Club Adaptations
More than 15 Horses/Ponies in a Canter/Lope Class – The Class will be split.
More than 20 Horses/Ponies in a Walk/Trot or Jog Class – The Class will be split.
The exhibitor or a person acting on their behalf must fill out entry forms.
Scratches must be made in the entry booth and initialed one class prior to your class or you will be billed.
In the event of LIGHTENING or severe inclement weather – the ring will be immediately cleared.
All dogs must be on a leash at all times.
Please use discretion when lunging in the ring in regards to whip use and the behavior of your horse affecting the safety of other
riders.
