The attached Resident Fact Sheet lists the names of the Management Team at your apartment community, as well as other important information. Please keep your Fact Sheet handy so that you can refer to it when needed. Please be advised that this letter constitutes our 30-day notice to you that your lease and community rules and regulations will be strictly enforced.
