that we receive it no later than the first of the month.
The attached Resident Fact Sheet lists the names of the Management Team at
your apartment community, as well as other important information. Please keep your
Fact Sheet handy so that you can refer to it when needed.
Please be advised that this letter constitutes our 30-day notice to you that
your lease and community rules and regulations will be strictly enforced. Any
prior written or oral waiver of any term or condition of your lease and/or rules
and regulations or any breach of any term of your lease and/or rules and
regulations shall not be construed as a continuing waiver of that term or
condition, or any subsequent breach thereof. Please refer to the attached
Resident Fact Sheet for important rental payment information.
