Greencore Technical Graduate
Applications are invited for the role of Technical Graduate at Greencore Group
starting in July 2014.
Greencore Group plc is a leading international manufacturer of convenience foods
with production sites in the UK and US employing 11,000 people.
In the UK, we have 16 manufacturing sites producing a wide range of chilled, frozen
and ambient foods for major retail, manufacturing and foodservice customers. This is
a dynamic and innovative field, which therefore brings many technical challenges.
We want to ensure that we are developing skilled technical personnel able to
respond to the demands of an exciting business and become the Technical
Managers of the future.
We are therefore recruiting two graduates to join our technical team in manufacturing
roles in July 2014 and follow our two year graduate programme.
Education/qualifications
 Graduate (or expected to graduate) in Food Science, Food Microbiology or other
science related discipline
Knowledge and skills
 Passion for food and desire to work in the food industry
 Good presentation skills
 Self motivated with good time management and proactive approach
 Strong organisational skills
 Ability to communicate across different levels
Working conditions
 Flexible to work in at least two category businesses during the graduate
programmme
