I appreciated the opportunity I had to interview with you last week at
UIS. I was very impressed with your perspective of the graduate
program in Public Health, and I thank you for taking time to discuss
your department’s curriculum and experiential learning opportunities
with me.
As I will be graduating in May 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in Biology,
I feel that my education will help me to excel in the field of public
health. However, I feel that my internship and volunteer experience in
the public policy sphere give me a unique perspective on public health,
and make me an ideal candidate for this graduate program.
