Xerox announces new ‘Extreme’
pan-European marketing campaign
Campaign to include roadshow events, supported by advertising and direct mail to
introduce Xerox Office strategy and solutions to channel and end users

Xerox has
marketing
campaign, ‘Extreme’, targeted at promoting its new Office
strategy and solutions to channel partners and end users.
Xerox is rolling out the Extreme programme across most European countries during September.
The format in each country will consist of a kick-off event and/or a series of roadshows.
“The main objective of the campaign is to deliver a consistent and coherent message to our
partners and customers across Europe about the thinking and strategy behind Xerox Office,” says
Rod Rodericks, Vice President and General Manager, Xerox Europe - Office.
“We will also be using the events to showcase both the sheer breadth of Office products and the
full range of benefits of key solutions within the Office portfolio.”
Among products on display at the Extreme events will be Xerox’ new Document Centre 500 Series,
its WorkCentre Pro Series of digital multifunction devices and its Phaser 6200 and Phaser 8200
colour printer lines.
‘Extreme’ will be supported by extensive pan-European advertising, direct mail and web-based
marketing campaigns aimed at end users. All the campaigns will be linked to communicate the
extreme performance, productivity and affordability of Xerox’ products. This will include online
product demonstrations and competitions, such as ‘Extreme Eggs’ where end users can win a
variety of ‘Extreme’ prizes.
The online information will be available via the Xerox website (www.xerox.com) for the duration of
the campaign.
Continuing ‘Extreme’s focus on the channel, Xerox will also run a series of promotional rebate and
demo programmes, aimed at channel partners, to support the campaign. In addition the company
has announced a reseller incentive scheme, offering the opportunity to qualify for a five-day trip to
South Africa.
