BE A COACH OR BECOME A BETTER ONE! Coach Education Programme 2014-2015 ECB Coach Support Worker (replacing the Level 1) The UKCC Level 1 courses have now been replaced by two introductory courses called ECB Coach Support Worker and ECB Cricket Activator Courses. Full details of our Coach Support Worker courses can be found below and we will be running various Cricket Activator courses throughout 2015, full details will be sent to clubs when courses have been arranged. ECB Coach Support Worker The Coach Support Worker Course is ideal for candidates who want to help and support an already qualified coach (e.g. Level 2 or above) in the delivery and organisation of games and sessions. In turn, the experiences, tasks, practices and sharing of ideas which you experience during the course are design to help equip you with the tools you need to meet your players' needs. Just as players learn quickly, so do coaches. The challenge for all coaches is to learn as they develop, just as players do.
