Abstract: With improving of economic and social informatization level, the bilingual teaching is important
attempt in the reform of college teaching, and also is one of the hotspot in teaching reform. The bilingual
teaching quality evaluation is a multiobjective decision making problem. The paper described the modeling
process of unascertained measure evaluation based on unascertained theory in the detail; constructed the
bilingual teaching quality evaluation index system. The model is used to this problem and the teaching
quality and student quality and support the conclusion are the main factor to affect bilingual teaching. This
paper provided new ways and means to the quality evaluation of university bilingual teaching. © 2009 IEEE.

Abstract: At present many enterprises are doing various technological innovation ability appraisal, they all
intend to take advantage of this to propel the enterprises' technological innovation, but we must make sure
the appraisal method is scientific, feasible and standard, also the degree of efficiency and authenticity about
the appraisal result should be well. In this paper, the application of multi-level fuzzy mathematic appraisal
ways in the ability of technological innovation of Handan's enterprises is studied. The appraisal index system
is set up and the second fuzzy comprehensive appraisal model is given out. © 2009 IEEE.

Abstract: Employment relationship is the most basic economic relations. It is particularly important to
construct harmonious and stable employment relationship for enterprise development and the social stability.
From the angle of game, it formed a kind of game between the enterprise and its employees in the process of
enterprise constructing harmonious employment relationship. This paper constructed the game model of
constructing harmonious employment relationship, and solved it, obtained the hybrid Nash equilibrium, and
analyzed the main influence factors of enterprise to construct harmonious relationship, which would be
beneficial for enterprise to construct harmonious employment relationship. ©2009 IEEE.
