The creation of the Tenant Services Authority, with its
emphasis on tenants and the tenant experience
marks a step change for social landlords. Earlier this
year HouseMark and TPAS developed an online tool
for benchmarking resident involvement with many
organisations already using the results from their
data to improve their services and assess the value
for money of their resident involvement activities.
This interactive one day event will set the national
scene for improved resident involvement featuring
respected contributors and demo the RIB tool,
showing how it can be used to support compliance
with the new regulatory approach and to improve
delivery of services to tenants.

web-site www.tpas.org.uk, fill it in and post or fax it to us. We will send you
information, including a map prior to the conference.
QUALITY: We aim to provide good quality events, run by experienced and
qualified speakers in accessible and comfortable venues. Should you be
dissatisfied with the event please contact us to discuss a
refund/compensation.
HELP US TO HELP YOU: We recognise that we may need to offer some
participants extra support to ensure that everyone gets the most from the
seminar. Please indicate on the booking form, in as much detail as possible
any kind of help you may need. Let us know if you need to bring a carer with
you or if you require particular access. Also, let us know if you have any
particular dietary requirements. We will do our best to meet your need
