DIFFERENT RECIPES MADE FROM TIGER NUT MILK
Rice with tiger nut milk
Preparation time: 70 minutes
Cook time: 60 minutes

Ingredients:
1 litre of tiger nut milk
100gr rice
3 spoonful sugar
1 cinnamon stick
grated lemon or orange rind ,and even, both.
Instructions
Put to boil tiger nut milk with cinnamon, when it boils, add rice and cook over a
low heat. Make it cook, stirring constantly.After 30 minutes, add sugar; and
next, cook it for an half-hour, caring it.
Remove from heat .Add the grated lemon mixing it and make it cool.
MILK TORRIJAS RECIPE
Milk torrijas recipe is probably the most traditional of all desserts at Easter in
Spain. They are delicious.
They can be prepared in many ways, with honey, wine; I have seen it with
custard liquid, etc. It is time to do it in the traditional way, with milk, sugar and
cinnamon.
Ingredients
1. loaf of bread about 750 grs
2. 1litre of milk,
3. 100 g sugar,
4. 2 sticks of cinnamon,
5. olive oil
6. 6 eggs
Preparation.
Cut a sliced loaf of bread more than one centimeter.
We heat the litre of milk and cinnamon sticks and add sugar. The best thing is
to let it cool before soaking bread .
As soon as a sliced loaf is soaked with the mixture ( milk, cinnamon and sugar),
it must be coated in beaten eggs, and then fry them in hot olive oil.
We drain them enough and put them in blotting paper to remove the surplus
olive oil. After that, season them in sugar and cinnamon (about two teaspoons
of cinnamon powder for each 100 g of sugar).
