 Your name (First, Middle/Initial, Last)
 Expected month and year of graduation
 Date (mm, dd, yyyy)
3. Who is awarding the diploma?
 Fake name for the principal
 Fake name for the minister of education
4. The name of your school
 St. Benedict Catholic Secondary School
5. Graphics – Logos and fonts
6. Graduation requirements listed in full (see the back of this document)
7. Group #1, Group #2 and Group #3 credits must be listed in full
8. Artistically pleasing layout and easy to read
9. Correct spelling and grammar
10.The finished diploma must be handed in at the end of the period unless permission to complete at
home is given by the teacher. (i.e. desire to run off on a colour printer and/or work on the layout)
