Brief course description
Properties and overview of immune response, cells and tissues of the
immune system, innate immunity, antibodies and antigens, major
histocompatibility complex molecules and antigen presentation,
immune receptors and signal transduction, lymphocyte
development, activation of T lymphocytes, effector mechanisms of
cell-mediated and humoral immunity, immunological tolerance and
autoimmunity, immunity to tumors, hypersensitivity disorders.
